Our care

Keeping you well, not just treating illness

·

By Penrose Health

The best care often happens before you feel unwell. Many serious conditions can be prevented, or caught early when they are far easier to treat.

That is why we invite you for the checks and screening that help keep you well: cervical screening, NHS health checks, blood pressure and cholesterol reviews, and vaccinations. We reach out when something is due, so you do not have to keep track of it all yourself.

"A simple blood pressure check takes minutes and can prevent a stroke years down the line. Screening is the same. It feels dull, right up until it is the thing that saves your life," says Dr Catriona Brodie, Lead GP.

Regular cervical screening is one of the best ways to prevent cervical cancer. When we invite you for a check, please take us up on it. A few minutes now can protect your health for years.
