Feedback and complaints

We want to put things right. Please raise any concern with your practice first. Our Patient Experience Manager is Julie Pittaway (complaints.penrose@nhs.net). Please complain within 12 months. We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to give a full response within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can ask South East London ICB to review it, and then the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (Millbank Tower, London SW1P 4QP, 0345 015 4033, ombudsman.org.uk).
