More than just GPs

When you contact Penrose, the right person for your need is not always a GP. Our teams include nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, physician associates and mental-health practitioners, all working alongside our doctors. Today, more than half of our appointments are delivered by this wider clinical team. A pharmacist can review your medication, a paramedic can assess an urgent concern, and a nurse can carry out your check, often sooner than waiting for a GP. Your GP is there when you need one, with more time for the people who need them most.
