A GP who knows you

Good care is often about relationships. When the clinician you see knows your history, your worries, and what matters to you, care is safer, quicker and more personal.

Every patient at Penrose has a named GP who is responsible for their overall care. And where you have an ongoing or more complex health need, we will try to help you see the same clinician each time, so you do not have to keep starting from the beginning. Our care navigators help match you to the right person for your need, which is not always a GP, but is always someone who can help.
