Some of our patients cannot easily leave home, and we make sure they are not left behind.
When housebound patients across Lewisham needed their winter flu and COVID vaccinations, and there was no simple way to reach them all, our teams went out and visited around 1,500 people at home to give them their jabs.
It is one example of a simple principle. If you cannot come to us, we will find a way to come to you.
