When you cannot come to us, we come to you

Some of our patients cannot easily leave home, and we make sure they are not left behind.

When housebound patients across Lewisham needed their winter vaccinations, and there was no simple way to reach them all, our teams stepped in and visited around 1,500 people at home to give them their flu and COVID jabs. It is one example of a simple principle: if you cannot come to us, we will find a way to come to you.
